This is going to be a critical part of the National ID, taxes, etc. - The Driver License and who/what is a Driver?

5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(1) - [2 parts] substantive regulations on Driver License (DL) in a prior post today in the CFR's

Here is the DL on commercial motor vehicle preliminary.  Still needs to be written up and attached to the State, which it is for the States to get grants from the feds.

The PDF table 1 and 2 attaches to 383.51 and is only for CDL holders in a NON Commercial vehicles.  Check the tables for words of operating"non-CMV", a CDL holder .....
What this means is you have a CDL unknown to you and you are in a NON Commercial Motor Vehicle, the State to get grants must have a means of issuing citations for you in your corvette after you get out of your commercial motor vehicle.  What a ruse - not quite what they lead us to believe is it?

Driver is for commerce and for the state to get grants, they must have in place for all CDL holders in non commercial motor vehicles to also be ticketed.

There is another problem here for the paramilitary known as police and troopers in that only citations for regulations are to be written and guess what statutes and ordinances don't cut the mustard.  Here it is in Alaska in the regulations -  tell me it isn't so.  See (36) definition of Police.
