Subject: Fwd: [citizensoftheUSofA] stopped again

Frank, I for one, would like to applaud your efforts. I will be looking for future updates. If acceptable in Oklahoma, why not in Texas. One step at a time. Five officers, willing to consider the issue, was a great step, in the right direction. I am certain, that the conversation did not end at the scene. Old Bill

Those that know me know that I "travel" from here to there without state-issued plates, driver's license, registration, insurance and so on my private plate states "Not for Hire Private Property No Trespassing"

Most also know, however, that I don't "flout" my status on the People's highways as I simply don't want to engage my time with such matters well, this morning I was stopped by CITY OF TULSA's finest don't know how much they've spent on those many light racks, but I do know that it certainly would buy one heckuva lot of books for the kids in school anyhow, by the time the matter was concluded about an hour later, there were at least 5 officers there and many more who came and went we wound up having a very open and frank discussion I explained to them how they were the ones whose necks had been put on the line for lack of constitutional training in how to handle non-persons where it ended was that they agreed to study the issues I raised which I'll be sending in writing my plan is that I am going to explain how The People are guaranteed the Right to travel and a Republican form of government my hope is to create a Duty of the State to not discriminate against the Creators of government in other words, to put into effect a plan that will allow for identification of those who are not "persons" liable for the "traffic" statutes I've no doubt that many will be critical. I, however, consider this to be a major opportunity and will endeavor for Oklahoma to institute such layered program comments are welcome regards. ft

PS no, I wasn't jailed, the unregistered Yukon was not towed, and I wasn't issued a "ticket" for not having a driver's license, insurance, certificate of title, plates and so on. After I left, they continued their private discussion for well over 1/2 hour.
