Only after you have completed all of your paperwork including the following:

        File your UCC-1

File your Security Agreement

File your Financing Statement

File your Cancellatura of Foreign Instruments

And sent out all the final default notices and finished all of  the documentation for the Apostille and have received the Gold embossed Apostille from the Secretary of State.

 

Then you can do the following:

If you buy a new car you will need to have the car delivered over the state lines in order for you to receive the MSO (Manufacture Statement of Origin) immediately. Remember you do not ever surrender the MSO.

Or

In order to get the status of the original legal title you need to write a letter to your states Dept. of Public Safety and request a copy of the Manufacturers Statement of Origin.

Typically if you are requesting it and the automobile is less than 7 years old you can go to your dept of public safety and get a copy of it and have it certified to begin privatization of the “automobile” under your sovereign name.

If the car is older than 7 years, make the request to the Department of Public Safety and you will get a letter from your States Department of Public Safety.

 

MSO Letter

After receiving the MSO destruction letter form the Department of Public Safety you can send a Notice of Revocation of Signature letter back to the Department of Public Safety (DPS).

 

Then by acquiescence or submission you send the DPS a FAULT, DEFAULT, DEFAULT JUDGMENT NOTICE.

File these three documents on your UCC-3 Financing Statement Amendment.

When you receive the mail back from the Secretary of State then you go to the county recorder and file the documents. CONGRATULATIONS you now have a legal document(s) and have successfully wrestled the title away from the state. Your car is now privatized.
