Subject: Trusts
It is all Operation of law. The use of Roman Civil law in which the unilateral contract is in use in every aspect of life, creates trusts in every aspect of our lives. In Marriage licenses, Drivers licenses, and SOCIAL SECURITY LICENSES. Of course, the Social Security number is not referenced as a license, but it is, it is at the privilege of the President that you have one. Do you not like a Drivers license, apply for one? Under Roman Civil law, it is offer and acceptance. The IRC tells exactly what happens
26 CFR 1.671-2 Applicable Principles
(e)(1) a grantor includes any person to the extent such person either creates a trust, or directly or indirectly makes a gratuitous transfer (within the meaning of paragraph (e)(2) of this section) of property to a trust.
A gratuitous transfer is a transfer of any property to the trust for less than its value. What most people transfer to the trust is their labor. They give it voluntarily to the trust. A W-4 is a gift tax form.
Do the principles above include standard trusts? Yes it does. It governs all types of trusts. Some include S corps, or C corps or even wills and estate trusts. But that's the magic of these codes. NO ONE THINKS IN TERMS OF TRUSTS!
*********
Prove to me that a W-4 is a Gift tax form?
You know, I am really surprised at the amount of time you have been in this movement that you don't understand that the W-4 and 1099 are gift tax forms. a W-4, W-2 and 1099 Forms are GIFT tax Forms listed as Tax class 5 by the IRS in the IDRS 6209 manual and also withholding on the Racs 006 and Summary Record of Assessment is listed as tax class five, Gift and Estate tax. Now you can look that up if you want to disprove me.
Where on the W-4 does a person make the statement that they are making a gratuitous transfer of their labor?
Remember what I said about OPERATION OF LAW? One does not make the statement, but you are GIFTING your labor for use. Pay attention to what you can't see as much as that which you can. There are no provisions within the S.S. application making an offer of anything.
When you got a bank account, did they make you an offer?
Sure! They told you that if you supplied your identification number, you could have a bank account to make your credits and debits easier.
When you got a credit card, did they make you an offer?
Sure! They told you that if you supplied your identification number and your credit was ok, you would be supplied with the ability to borrow.
When you got your drivers license, did they make you an offer?
Sure! They told you that if you supplied your identification number and passed a written exam, you would be able to operate vehicles upon the highways.
When you got married, did they make you an offer?
Sure! They told you that if you supplied your identification numbers, you would have the priveledge of marrying the state in with your affairs and for them to be legal guardians of your activities.
When you got your Social Security number, did they make you an offer?
Sure, that if you signed up for social security, you would be able to participate in commerce. Without it, you would not be able to participate in our country.

That is the whole point. There is no disclosure. That is a big problem no? But you do apply for an SSN don't you? the same as you apply for a drivers license, a marriage license, a bank account, a job, yet, you can't have any of those if you don't have an SS#.
So, it would seem to me, and I am assuming anyone else that reads this is that one would need the SSN as a master license to operate in this society. Just try getting one of those without an SS# and see what happens. Does the SSA tell you up front that you will need the number for certain things? No, it will tell you that you don't need the number to live and work in the United States, but that is all that they do tell you.
You think there is a matter of disclosure that needs to be addressed?
